Spacing

  • Spacing is a general term for the areas of a page left blank. In particular the areas between words, letters, lines of type, or paragraphs.
  • The below figure shows the difference between the not following spacing rules (from left) and following spacing rules (from right)
  • The below image shows the differences between not giving spaces and giving spaces.

Punctuation Spacing rules

  • Punctuation Spacing is the distance on either side of (before or after) a punctuation mark. Follow this rules and show your writing skills
Advantages of Spacing
  • Easy to understand and looking good.
  • Easy to identify.
